Attendance – If you would like to register yourself or a colleague, please email Louise.
If you are a sponsor wanting to register your attendance and accommodation please email Debbie.

Cancellations – If you need to cancel your attendance as any stage, email Louise, please note that cancellation fees may apply.

Conference Theme – Our Conference theme is ‘Coversure Crystal’; where we will look into the future of our business and the industry. This theme will run throughout the entire event. So, look out for crystal balls, sparkling speakers and shimmering dresses.

Check-in – Check-in at the venue is from 3pm, please go to the main reception desk in the lobby.

Check-out – Check-out is until noon. Please return your key cards to the front desk.

Dietary Requirements – If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please email Louise.

Dress Code The Franchisee Drinks Reception, Exhibition and Conference day dress code will all be business wear. The dress code for the Gala Dinner will be sparkling or black tie.

Franchisee Networking Reception – This will be held on the Friday 28th February, from 19.30 - 23.00. Please note that this networking event is invite only, there will be a register upon arrival.

Gala Dinner & Pre-dinner drinks – Pre-dinner drinks will be held at 18.30 in the Gemstone Gallery. The Gala dinner will be held in the Crystal Ballroom from 19.30; here you can enjoy some spectacular entertainment including the Coversure Awards and the eclectic sounds of the Swagger Funk band through to 01:00.

Insurer Meetings – We will be hosting a number of breakout sessions including Insurer 1:1 Meetings, M&A Sessions, HR Sessions and two exclusive Insurance Training Sessions hosted by our Platinum Sponsors. All sessions can be booked through the website here. Please book early to avoid disappointment as places are limited.

Parking – The venue has plenty of complimentary on-site parking, please give your registration to the front desk upon check-in.

Registration – Please ensure that you sign-in at our registration desk on arrival, this desk will be located in the hotel foyer. Here you will be given your delegate pass, Conference brochure and bag.
